Bridging & Building Credit was founded with a simple belief: the people responsible for credit reporting deserve technology built specifically for the work they do every day.

For more than six years, I worked directly in credit reporting and dispute investigations. During that time, I experienced firsthand the challenges lenders and credit reporting professionals face—navigating multiple systems, manually reviewing payment histories, and piecing together information to support timely, accurate dispute investigations.

With every investigation, I found myself asking the same question:

"There has to be a better way."

That question became the foundation of Bridging & Building Credit.

This company wasn't created because I wanted to build software. It was created because I wanted to solve real problems that I experienced every day alongside the professionals who keep our credit reporting system moving.

Every idea behind our platform comes from practical experience, countless hours of investigation, and a genuine desire to make complex processes simpler, more organized, and more efficient.

Our first application, PHP-IS™ (Payment History Profile Intelligence System), is just the beginning. It represents the first step toward a broader vision—creating the BBC Intelligence Suite™, a collection of intelligent applications designed to modernize credit reporting operations and support lenders with purpose-built technology.
